Before creating B | PANACHE I worked purely in the luxury hotel industry, spending most of my career at the illustrious Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. With my unique insights into L.A. and my impressive little black book I made-it-happen for some of the world’s most influential business leaders and CEO’s, presidents and politicians, prominent royalty, fashion icons, professional athletes - and of course Hollywood A-list celebrities. Brandon is a former member of Les Clefs d’Or USA, where he helped to create the organization’s first-ever industry mobile app. He is also a former member of the Los Angeles Concierge Association where he was nominated as “Concierge of the Year” in 2010, 2011 and 2013. During his time at the Beverly Wilshire, Brandon created LA’s first hotel concierge twitter handle, @BWconcierge, which inspired the global Four Seasons social media pilot-program, Local Experts.
